                                                                      Close up of skirt The skirt for Fox Tales has reverse appliqué cut work. Seed beads and felt circles woven in and out of the circles. The Vixen....mama fox.... sits in the amid felt blossoms, leaves and tree branches.

                                                                      Fox Tales I finally put the finishing touches of "Fox Tales". I love language that has multiple meanings and change according to context. The mother fox- Vixen- and the Kit perched in her hat. Cutwork skirt has blossoms and leaves sprinkled through the design. The Vixen will mislead a predator away from her Kits. So....is the Kit just playing games or hiding in the hat? Hhhhmmmmm? A little ambiguity in a title makes me smile.
