Blue Fish Carousel

Blue Fish Carousel was created for the June 2018 conference of the National Institute of American Doll Artists challenge theme. The theme title was Pacific Blue. 

There are wool felt fish and a Sea Horse swimming through the cutwork skirt. The Doll is holding a Fish shaped handbag.
