Detail of Face and bodice
Honey colored wool felt hat with beads, a white flowers and leaves on the side of the hat. Flower bud on the top of the hat. Hair is three colors of fine mohair yarn, sewn and twisted and into a sculptural form.
Features created with acrylic paint, pigma pen, Prisma color pencils. Lips, eyebrows, lids, flair of nostrils and fingernails hand stitched with Gutterman’s and Sulky thread. Highlight and shadow create depth.
